Hey! I’m Brian and I came to faith when I was 7 through the ministry of a strong, missional church in northern NJ. I attended Word of Life Bible Institute after High School with the idea of getting more Bible training before heading into further education and it was there that I felt the pull towards missions. After WOL I went to a school in NC where I met my wife, Nancy, and got my pilot’s licenses (Commercial & Instrument) and then later my Aircraft Mechanics license with the idea of using that in missions.

Our journey to Africa was through a process of God opening and closing doors and when we finally went to serve in Africa, we knew He was leading us to northern Kenya to live and work with unreached nomads for the next 20 years. Though we never flew, the mechanics training I got was absolutely invaluable in our life up north. We were able to raise 4 children in Africa and have seen them grow and get involved in their churches here in the US.

My wife and I came back to the US for about 10 years where we served in Mobilization before returning to Kenya from 2017-2022 to serve in the Eastern Region office that oversees AIM’s work in Kenya and Tanzania. While there we got involved in the Personnel work, Theological Education, South Asian ministries, helping new missionaries adjust to life in Africa and mobilized Africans to cross cultural ministry.

We’re now based out of Lynchburg, VA and are looking forward to connecting with you and hearing where you feel the Holy Spirit is leading you.
